Equipment Warranty & Return Policy
Effective Date: August 7, 2023
1. Manufacturer Warranty
All equipment sold by Westmoreland Power Wash Supply LLC is covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by manufacturer and product.
Westmoreland Power Wash Supply LLC does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers are responsible for registering equipment with the manufacturer (if required).
Warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed by our team.
2. Limited Store Support
While warranties are handled by the manufacturer, we are happy to assist with:
Troubleshooting equipment issues Providing manufacturer contact information Helping facilitate warranty claims when possible.This support does not guarantee approval of a warranty claim.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
Must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Must include receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used equipment.
Chemicals, detergents, or liquids.
Electrical components once installed or used.
Custom-built or special-order equipment.
Clearance or final sale items.
Restocking Fee:
Approved returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. We may require photos or inspection before approving replacement or exchange. If approved, we will repair, replace, or direct you to the manufacturer per warranty guidelines
5. Equipment Use & Liability
All equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Improper use, lack of maintenance, freezing, chemical damage, or modifications will void warranty eligibility.
Westmoreland Power Wash Supply LLC is not liable for:
Property damage.
Personal injury.
Loss of income due to equipment failure.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash refunds over $500 may be issued via check. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
7. Special Orders
All special-order items require a non-refundable deposit. Once ordered, special-order items cannot be canceled or returned
8. Policy Changes
Westmoreland Power Wash Supply LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
